Try to cancel the transaction immediately in case you by chance despatched cash to the incorrect electronic mail address or mobile cellphone.
To cancel a “Send Money” transaction on GreenDot.Com, go to your Transaction History, click Cancel then Confirm.
To cancel a transaction at the Green Dot app, visit the “Pay” tab. Click Send Money, then Past Payments. You’ll now see pending transactions. Select which one you’d want to cancel.
Unfortunately, the transaction can’t be canceled if the incorrect recipient already claimed the money. Try operating immediately with that person to retrieve your budget. Before sending cash, continually affirm the recipient’s information. Green Dot isn’t accountable if you send money to the wrong person.
